Job Description

    Job descriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesDear Aspirants,Greetings for the Day!!We are hiring for the Position of PMO- Senior/ Executive at Mumbai Location for one of our Leading IT ClientPFB Details for the same:
    • Assist multiple engagements and cross-functional teams to successfully drive projects and initiatives
    • Project execution and tracking
    • Project cost management (cost approvals, planned vs. actuals, etc.)
    • Vendor management
    • Resource management
    • Project status reporting and timely escalation
    • Plan and arrange meetings and working sessions effectively with both business and technology teams
    • Lead issue resolution meetings
    • Lead risk identification, prioritization and mitigation planning processes
    • Prepare presentation packs and minutes of meetings for various senior stakeholders and/or forums with updates on the overall programs delivery and underlying issues / risks
    • Proactively monitor and track progress of schedules / deliverables against baseline
    • Ensure the overall program adherence to the agreed governance, process and standards
    • Work with stakeholders / other PMOs to ensure necessary updates at Global and Local level are adhered
    • Escalates Issues / Risks / Dependencies and challenges the adequacy of action plans provided
    • Respond with urgency to high priority requests from senior business leaders
    Primary Skills:
    • Understanding of IT project management and PMO concepts
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
    • Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance
    Qualifications:
    • Course: B.Com / B.E/ MBA / Masters degree or equivalent
