    Manager - Corporate DevelopmentPocket Aces- is Indias leading digital media entertainment company.Our vision- : To build a data-driven content platform that helps solve boredom for 500 million+ young Indians by providing them with entertainment in multiple formats and different regional languages.The company operates five socially distributed content brands: - FilterCopy (short format videos), - Dice Media (multi-episode web series), Gobble (Lifestyle and food channel), - Jambo (young-adult animation shorts) and- Nutshell (infotainment videos) and a talent management network: - Clout- . Think youve got what it takes Why not join the team The role directly reports to the CEO, and entails :- Working on end to end fundraising processes including preparation of collaterals (investor deck, financial model), manage investor outreach, banker relationships as well as diligence and documentation- Working on M&A strategy including building acquisition pipeline, outreach, conducting diligence and working on documentation- Managing investor relations including circulation of MIS, organizing board meetings and be overall POC for investorsSkills & Qualifications :- Strong financial analysis and financial modeling skills. Past investing / investment banking experience a definite plus- Strong Google Suite skills, specifically strong working knowledge of Google Sheets (formulas, lookups, pivots) and Google Slides- Ability to research, digest, analyze and present information clearly and concisely - Strong writing and interpersonal skills including the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, and external partners- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion,
