Job Position Application Support Executive 0 to 1 year. Primarily on client sites (stints of 3 months above) in Mumbai and other Metros / mini Metros in India.Responsibilities : Developing strong understanding of Product Developing and maintaining strong customer relationship Application Support to customers over telephone or in person at site Co-ordination with customers and Head office Helpdesk operations in office or at client site M I S creation reporting Writing S Q L queries Replication of errors reported by clients Essential Skills : Working knowledge of M S Office S Q L. Understanding of Dot Net Framework.
