Compliancea)Responsible for maintaining the Accounting records effectively and ensuring proper internal controls and checks exists at all times.b)Preparation & Finalization of Financial Statements as per Companies Act, 2013.c)Handling compliancesunder Income Tax Act (Tax Audit & Transfer Pricing[Annual Activity]) and other Statutory provisions.d)Maintaining Fixed Assets register of the organisation & carrying out the physical verification.III. Stakeholder Managementa)Addressing complex, non-standard requests from internal/external customers/vendors/ auditors/ Corporate personnel and/ any other stakeholder in coordination with HOD.b)Handling Internal & External Audit queries for Accounts Department and coordinating with other departments to assist HOD, & close the open Audit points.IV.
