    Job descriptionWe are looking for a candidate with the following skills for the company L&TOFFICE-365- Offshore-646309Location: MumbaiExperience: 3- 10 yearsNotice Period : Required immediate joiners onlyJD :Should have a good knowledge of Office 365 Portal.Knowledge and hands on experience on Exchange Online, Lync Online, Sharepoint Online and One DriveTroubleshoot and guide on outlook / owa/ Sharepoint, Lync and one drive issues.Knowledge of directory sync.Good knowledge of powershell for exchange online, Sharepoint online and Lync online.Must be aware of different licensing and user roles of office 365.Knowledge of gateway, integration of third party software with exchange will be advantage.Should be aware with the federation of Lync.Should be aware of the ITIL Process of Incident and change management.Key Skills :In depth Office 365 Administration experience.Experience of troubleshooting various issues of office 365.Experience Practical experience in troubleshooting exchange scenarios.Good knowledge of office reporting tools and message tracking. .Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.Please share your profiles to the below given IdThanks and Regards
