We at Varenya Softech are looking for Pre Salesfor Mumbai location.Below is the details for the same:Inside Sales Manager:

  • Manage a team of 2-3 executives
  • Ensure team meets stipulated sales target and Service level Agreements.
  • Supervise team to turn cold canvassing in to sales.
  • Worked as persuasive communicator
  • Used consultative selling skills to identify opportunities, overcome objections & increase
  • Train, coach and motivate team members
  • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
  • Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
  • Build an open-communication environment for your team
  • Conduct weekly/monthly meetings with the inside sales team
  • PerformanceReview&AppraisalsEnsuringWeekly&MonthlyreviewoftheTeamPerformance&feedbackthereofisgiven
  • Maintaincontrolofqualitativeandquantitativeproductivityofteamindividuals.
  • Develop quality Client Relationship Management

  • Providing demonstrations to clients and customers.
  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Cold call as appropriate within market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
