Aimed at boosting micro entrepreneurship and creating livelihoodopportunities, our sustainable solutions are built under the Swarojgar government-led initiative.Purpose:The primary purpose of a Presales Manager is to ensure that the presales team is equipped with thenecessary knowledge, tools, and resources to effectively demonstrate and sell the companys productsor services.Key Responsibilities of the Role:Design sales strategies by extensive competitor mapping & demonstration of businessopportunitiesWorking closely with sales team to close RFPs & ensure team follows up on proposalssubmittedDesign architecture of new solutions and work with operations team to build executioncapabilitiesEngagement with the customers to understand their needs and derive advice for prospectiveproducts/services that are aligned with the customers demandsEnsure extensive market research is done for all products/services for which RFPs are beingpreparedEnsure detailed financial feasibility is conducted for all projectsInterface with govt. bodies/ Major institutional clients to understand sector specific trends andpotential opportunities available to us. Mapping these opportunities to various businesses inthe groupGathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing usefulreportsDesigning sustainable & profitable project financial modelsIdentifying financial performance trends and financial risk, and making recommendationsProviding recommendations for improvement based on trendsKey Performance Indicators:Percentage of successful bidsSetting up of Automated process to track projects and assist decision makingBring latest trends in the ICT /Education/Finance/healthcare segmentIdentification of Critical Success Factors for winning TendersAchieves assigned productivity and profitability quotasKey Interactions:InternalSales Team - Understanding opportunities and working on business modelsOperations Team - Understanding operational nuances and viability of projectIT Team - Setting up of a Automated model to track projects and assist decision making Admin,HR, Finance, IT - Interfacing for any people or any operational issuesExternalGovt/ Institutional clients - Relationship management to milk current relations / forge newrelations to Map competition activities.
