Job Description

  • Privilege bankers is responsible forcross-selling of various banking products to customers, acquire new customers and maintain relationship with existing customers through regular visits.
  • Generate revenue and meet annual targets of Current Account and Savings Accounts sales.
  • Every PB has around 2000 customers mapped to him or her and he / she is single point of contact to the customer.
  • PB is responsible for asset and management of customers banking requirements like deposit, investments, loans, etc.
  • Onboarding customers on various digital platforms.
  • Providing best in class service to customers.
  • He gets data from CRM software through which he understands what are the needs of customers mapped to him. Accordingly, he plans and make calls to these customers. Get appointments and meet customers to provide service.
  • There are inbound PBs who cater to walk in in customers in the branch. Get leads from them & generate sales.
