Job Description

    Greeting!A leading BPO is having the following job opening Job Title: Process Trainer Domain (Medical Scribe) Training (TL) ROLE DESCRIPTION: The process trainers teach, support, and improve new hires performance. They provide platform training, in depth medical knowledge training, and other forms of critical education. The trainers will spend a great deal of one-on-one time with their trainees and are responsible for ensuring the highest level of performance of new hires. RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicate intensively via video chat, Teams, calls, and screenshares with large population of new hires daily to enhance and support their onboarding, training, and operations experience. Proactively identify training strategies for those who may be struggling with quality, may need to assess and make vital suggestions regarding work difficulty and placement. Direct and oversee platform engagement as well as critical medical documentation frameworks. Lead trainings according to an in-depth understanding of the products and services. Develop, implement, and manage multiple medical scribes training plans per provider specifics, specialty specifics, trainee ability, and other success-guiding factors. Provide in-depth, valuable quality feedback in any medical specialty and all utilized platforms. Work with various team members to help onboard new hires, guiding them through setup, Training, and the first weeks of operational independence May be responsible for a combination of methodologies, including live demonstrations, on the job training, tutoring and trainee development. Evaluate and train according to rigorous internal rubrics and processes. Provide white-glove support for all new hires for an extended period. Work closely with members of other departments to improve and enhance trainee experience, including Operations, Business Intelligence, and others. Maintain high level of employee satisfaction. Grade and track Medical Scribe progress and performance via a variety of tools and applications. Develop and implement new strategies based on changes and growth within the service and product space QUALIFICATIONS/WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 5-6 years of experience in the medical scribing or allied medical fields At least 3-4 year of experience directly training individuals. Educational Qualification: MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, Nursing, Pharmacy graduate etc CEFR B1 High/ Low English with excellent verbal and written communication is a critical component. Experience or training in the medical specialty of Oncology, Orthopedics, Neurology, ENT, Cardiology, Ophthalmology, GI, Dermatology, Rheumatology, Family Medicine, Pain Medicine, Nephrology, or Urology, necessary for proper coaching.
