Experience preferably required in contracts management including sourcing , selection of a contractor , negotiating for price and other terms conditions. Must have exposure in framing of contract terms conditions. Procurement of Real Estate related materials engaging contracts such as Air conditioning (VRV) , Painting , Waterproofing , Lifts , Road works , Fabrication , FTTH (fibre to the home) , Hiring of construction machines , Transportation , Testing of construction material etc. Identifying the procurement needs of all projects / sites. Conversion of Requisitions to Purchase Orders Create purchasing order Request for Quotations from Suppliers Negotiate price on materials being purchased with suppliers Revise of Purchase Orders for price change , quantity or Delivery Date PO Cancellation Provide status on Purchase Order to the Operation teams when requested for Identifying potential suppliers , preparing purchase order , accepting delivery of products and inspecting the products , paying suppliers and maintaining vendor relationships Follow up with the suppliers via phone or email on the status of orders placed Respond to queries from Suppliers and Requestors Generate metric reports for weekly and monthly dashboards Should possess excellent Negotiation and Communication skills , maintaining data bank of suppliers.
