Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong functional business knowledge and technical understanding of Credit Card pricing (Interest & fees) to assist in the delivery of IT development
  • Partner with cross functional stakeholders to ensure Business Strategy and Goals are fully understood
  • Collaborate with multiple technology development teams & support Product Owner to translate Business Strategy into actionable deliverables
  • Prepare and refine Customer Journeys and User Stories to facilitate technology development
  • Attend daily stand-ups, sprint ceremonies and Product Team meetings as required
  • Successful IT implementation of Business Strategy and Goals
  • Prioritize work, translate requirements & guide technology teams as business decision maker (e.g. primary point of contact)
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience with Credit Card Processing, and 7 years total work experience
  • Knowledge of Credit Card Interest, Fees, and US Credit Card Regulations a plus
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive execution at a detailed level
  • Clearly and succinctly organize concepts into an actionable path that delivers progress
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written (able to effectively communicate/influence thru various levels in the organization)
  • Comfortable with a high degree of autonomy and making decisions with ambiguous information
  • Agile Experience with tools such as Jira
  • Technical knowledge of coding languages is a plus (Cobol, Java, etc.)
