Job Description

Full Time Position, Remote for nowSalary to be negotiated- Collect requirements from all stakeholders on the product vision and objectives and create product requirement documents.Skills Required: Multivariate analysis, Prototyping, Workflow development, Web: HTML, CRM Platforms, Troubleshooting, MS Office- Gather insights from consumer research and incorporate them into the PRD and vision document.- Define, design and improve key funnels and metrics.- Write product specs and drive high quality UX/UI- Clearly communicate with the technical teams and own execution end-to-end- Cross-functional collaboration to communicate and come to consensus about features and deadlines.- Use analytics to gather and interpret data, uncover insights and use them to improve and enhance the product.Experience:4-5 years of product management or business analyst experience out of which at least 1-2 years in a finance or Fintech company (B2C) Qualities:- Should have an outcome focused, entrepreneurial approach to product.- Should be comfortable using numbers and consumer feedback for continuous product enhancement.- Should be adept at vendor management, prioritization.,
