Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Provide forward, innovative thinking about the future of connected vehicles. Primary driver of the executions of user experience product vision, strategy, roadmaps, milestones, sprint plans, priorities and goals. Ensures successful collaboration of deliverables and dependencies between cross-functional teams. Maximizes team efficiency and health in a high pressure ever-evolving environment entrepreneurial mindset. Understands product design process from exploration, concept, and development of entire design systems, inclusive of user interfaces, connected data and interaction models. Ability to incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps. Stay current with latest trends in automotive design as well as consumer electronics, product, fashion, architectural and related design field Experience 5+ years of experience in software product management Industry Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in relevant field (preferably computer engineering)Strong leadership, organizational and execution skillsClear understanding of design process, experience managing of system and product feature designExperience driving requirements for adaptable design that work across desktop, mobile, web and native applicationsPASSION for automotive HMI design and knowledge of current automotive design trends and technologyExperience working low fidelity to high fidelity proving concepts and ideas through functional prototypes General Requirements Strong leader and collaborator, who ensures the success of othersYou are a curious problem solver who tries to understand a problem to its essenceYou are flexible, adaptable, and able to change direction if necessaryAbility to multi-task and work independently to prioritize duties with minimal supervision in order to meet deadlinesYou care about the user, you care about the details, you love finding elegant solutions that benefit the user needs out creating disruptive, groundbreaking, bleeding edge automotive experiences.
