Job Description

    Product Manager - Fintech/Financial services Experience: 2 to 5 years of product experience preferably in the Fintech/Financial servicesLocation : Mumbai About the role : - The company is a part of a large diversified group. It is is setting up one of the countrys largest consumer platforms & offering customer-first financial services is a key plan of the platform. - We are looking for a Product Manager who will help us launch new products and drive growth in Financial Services space. - This is an exciting role to establish a new business from scratch. We have ambitious plans to create new and innovative offerings in this space. - As part of the financial services team, you will need to create and deliver new age Financial services products that are relevant for the current market. - The ideal candidate should be able to conceptualize new products along with the enabling partnerships with insures and post that own implementation as well as P&L for the relevant service offering on the platform. Roles & Responsibilities : - End-to-end ownership of the product: proposition, pricing, journey, development, integration, GTM and acquisition - Closely track developments in the Financial services product space. - Ideate new products, services and offerings that provides excellent customer proposition and experience. - Develop a deep understanding of the implicit and explicit customer behaviour via primary and secondary research - Work with the UX team to create the entire customer journey on various channels. - Lead the development for the product along with the technology team in an agile development framework. Would be responsible for tracking the progress and final delivery. - Liaison with key internal stakeholders in order to ensure that the initiative fits in well with the overall platform. - Liaison with external stakeholders in order to ensure that we have the right product constructs and journey for the platform - Responsible for launching one or more businesses under financial services ; conceptualizing the product, compliance with regulations, design of user experience will be key components of the launch - Work closely with other product team in order to identify and implement possible measure to increase sales on the platform - Work closely with leading businesses and partners to co-create new products for the platform - Own the entire business on the platform, work with data in order to identify trends and improvement areas - Work closely with internal technology teams in order to launch and enhance various modules of the platform - The candidate should stay abreast with the latest guidelines and industry trends in financial services and strategize the platform offering basis industry research Other desired attributes: - Product experience preferably in the relevant Financial services space as per the role - Basic understanding of regulations and guidelines pertaining the domain - Should have a post-graduate / MBA degree from a tier 1 institution - Experience in one of the leading product, financial services or fintech companies relevant to the role (eg lending, insurance, credit cards, payments etc),
