Each product is designed to maintain optimal spine alignment during various day-to-day activities, which in turn prevents more serious spine issues from developing due to extended periods of bad posture. Launching a new range of products in India followed by the global market in 6 months, The company aims to target the Billion-dollar market with a unique offering meeting style and clinically sound products. All of this enables tremendous experience, global exposure, and wealth generation in a short time for a dynamic, out-of-the-box thinker.Looking for Product ManagerResponsibilities:- Manage and develop P&L and drive market growth- Maintain brand image through the implementation of marketing initiatives- Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media- Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative- Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns- Make decisions about the cost of branding and analyzing trends in customer spending- Manage & develop a team to achieve key metrics- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors activities- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions- Devise innovative growth strategies- Product Development Knowledge, Market Positioning Strategy and Roadmap, Digital/Performance Marketing knowledge, Business AcumenRequirements:- MBA degree in Marketing, Business, or related field from Tier 1 Institutes- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, category management or marketing management- Proven ability to work cross-functionally- Experience managing a brand across multiple marketsStability: Min 2 years in one organization- Creative thinker and problem solver- Strong communication skills- Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends,
