Job Description

Dear Candidate,We are Hiring for PPC Executive Position in our organisation- Viraj Profiles Ltd.Based at Tarapur MIDC, Boisar Near Mumbai.Job Profile:

  • Command on Production Planning and Control (PPC) .
  • Develops and maintains reports relating to process,product and operation on-time performance.
  • directly responsible for the areas of Production/Inventory Control, Planning, Receiving, Packaging and Warehousing, Inventory levels and revenue forecast execution
  • Revises and reschedules shop orders when necessary.
  • Verification of material availability.
  • Attend regular Operations meetings to develop priorities which are in line with Sales requirements.
  • Capture necessary communication on BOM to be relayed to Operations through w/o release.
  • Track in-work product.
  • Daily review of sales order open bookings to have product prepared in advance of ship day.
  • Daily review of dispatch to ensure on-time and accurate processes of transactions between operations.
  • Work pro-actively, on a daily basis, with the manufacturing supervisors, procurement and other departments to ensure schedules are maintained.
  • Have to do plan for input Raw material to dispatch finished Goods.
Competencies required:
  • SAP experience is Must
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analysis capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills for responding to internal quality issues related to production .
  • Thorough knowledge of office procedures, highly developed computer skills, and advanced capabilities with software including Microsoft work, power point, excel and outlook.
