Must have Industry experience in Upstream Oil & Gas, Midstream and Downstream Petrochemical refineries, Chemical Units in the stream of EPCs, Operators, Engineering Consultancies.Project Procurement Co- ordination for local and overseas (Cross border) execution Coordinates as single focal point for the identified capital project Responsible for creating Procurement & Contracting Strategy for assigned project including PMSL, Risk register, Supply plan, expediting plan, Invoicing Process etc. Accountable and directly responsible for the timely delivery of goods and services as per the project schedule. Directly responsible for the spend & schedule targets along with the project team. Ensures procurement plan is aligned with the Category buyers. WBS as well as schedule Management on spend along with Project Controls. Contract Management including Claim Management (Change Orders) and Contract closures Accountable and responsible for EP Procurement inline to procedural guidelines Coordinates with the Category buyers to perform the buying activities Interact with other functions like QC, Finance, and Warehouse to complete the P2P cycle. Participates in capital project team meetings for optimization of cost & schedule. Should be well versed with all laws, statutory and regulatory obligations of PAN India as well as cross border (esp. South- East Asia) Should have hands on experience with import rules and regulations, and cross country project execution capability. Special Requirements- Should be willing to travel (50%) - Consultant office in India/ and to the project sites. General procurement activity Hands on experience on SAP R/ 3, ARIBA, SPS or any other ERP systems Pre- Qualification of Suppliers / Contractors MIS for the procurement activity like BW data analysis& project spend Responsible for the internal and external audits for the specified job.
