Sales Tele - Calling 1) Contract management & Project management (Process, Policy & Documentation) 2) Receiving bills from the vendor, Reconciliation of bills with Challan & GRN. 3) Dispatch Material on Pan India level. 4) Prepare requisition for monthly ordering & Invoices. 5) Maintain GRN s, Inward and Outward register. 6) Coordinating with &visiting vendors, branches at PAN India Level. 3. Billing Executive(Commercial) Mumbai 1) Graduate (Any Discipline). 2) 2 - 3years experience in Commercial Billing, preferably from similar industry. 3) Practical Knowledge of Advance Excel & Tally and GST. 4) Practical knowledge of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement. 5) Practical knowledge of Bills receivable & Payable. 1) Generate MIS independently 2) Updating invoice entries in Tally and maintaining invoice track received from clients. 3) Preparation & Analysis of Monthly, Daily MIS reports client wise, segment wise. 4) Preparation of various reports. 4. Sales Manager Assistant Manager Mumbai 1) Graduate Post Graduate 2) (Hospitalityhotel management) 3) 4 - 5 yrs Experience in Corporate catering sales food industry team handling preferred from Food Industry. 4) Excellent communication, prospecting, Negotiation and People skills & 1) To Adopt clear & strategic approach to catering sales by selling a catering offer that drives up spend per head while keeping operational costs to a minimum. 2) To maintain and grow food & bakery products from Krystal s existing client base. 3) To create and prepare banqueting proposals for potential customers. 4) To develop effect sales strategy to attract new product & catering sales. 5) Work closely within team to meet all the expectations as per clients. 6) Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential customers. 7) The duties of this post may require weekend or evening work 5.
