Job Description

With offices in more than 41 countries, the Firms employees serve clients worldwide including corporations, governments, institutions and individuals.Institutional Securities Technology (IST) develops and oversees the overall technology strategy and bespoke technology solutions to drive and enable the institutional businesses and enterprise-wide functions. IST s clients include Fixed Income, Equities, Commodities, Investment Banking, Research, Prime Brokerage and Global Capital Markets.Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develops reusable and scalable test automation frameworks on different application platforms like Browser, Desktop, API, Database and Mobile.
  • Take a hands-on approach to implementing QA processes right from requirements analysis, test design, automation and analysis.
  • Able to generate test scenarios that would need to be further automated
  • Provides technical leadership to junior team members.
  • Improvise test automation processes and help define best practices while providing reusable and scalable test automation solutions
  • Responsible for developing reusable components, libraries and maintenance of test automation inventory.
  • Ability to analyse, prioritize and execute test automation tasks on demand.
  • Produce high quality meaningful reports and presentations to support planning and decision making.
  • Ability to adopt quickly to changing technology needs and priorities.
  • Adaptive agile approach and familiar with scrum development/management practice.
  • Ability to foster collaboration and communication within and across the organization.
  • Good written, oral and interpersonal communication skills with an open mind set to adjust messaging to accommodate audiences with varying technical skills.
, *Must Have:
  • Hands-on experience in automation for 4-8 years
  • Hands-on experience in UI automation using Java as programming language & Selenium / Protractor as test automation tool and test runners like TestNG/Junit.
  • Should have good knowledge of BDD/Cucumber/Gherkin
Good to have:
  • Good to have knowledge on build tools like Gradle, Ant/Ivy & CI/CD pipeline using jenkins
  • Experience working in Financial Industry.
  • Experience working with globally placed associate and vendor resources.
