Job Description

DescriptionThe primary responsibility of this position is to support the day to day Operations for Trade Static Data Function. The candidate will report to a Team Leader / Associate of Trade Static Team. The role involves Static data maintenances for our Global clients.Key Responsibilities would include: -

  • Add/Modify/Delete data based on the instructions of clients.
  • Update changes to client information on the Global applications used by function.
  • Maintain all the static information on different applications.
  • Update internal and external records based on the requests received
  • Respond to queries received via mailbox and resolve any client issue on priority
  • Ensure that all relevant deadlines and stipulated controls are met
  • Provide MIS reports with accuracy and completeness of data
  • Assist in the training/education of other members in job functions/procedures relating to the unit
  • Process any required back-up tasks relating to production, identifying ways to improve current work practices
  • To work with minimum supervision and act on own initiative to identify tasks to be undertaken
Qualifications
  • Graduate with Minimum 2 years Trade Processing Operations or Fresh
  • Graduates with good academic record.
  • Experience and a working knowledge of various aspects of Trade Operations. 2 years of experience in a Back Office operations of a reputed foreign bank or its processing arm/private sector bank/public sector bank as a supervisor would be beneficial
  • Working Knowledge on Trade Business related Products
  • Good Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate internally or externally and at all levels and should be a team player.
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills in English.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow through. Escalate issues as appropriate.
  • An acute client focus
  • Strong PC and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
