Business & Resource Developments Ensure high performance standards in execution for operational efficiency Create good working culture and facilitate efficient work environment for the team Manage relationship with other partners (if any) for smooth implementation of different projects Monitoring the Branch performance on business and risk parameters Execute the loan documents and do other pre and post disbursement formalities Work with Product team to ensure seamless product delivery. Reporting of MIS to different stakeholders All New Customers and Branch Staff Knowledge Minimum 10 Year experience in the Banking/Micro Finance Field/NBFCs Knowledge on different banking products and procedures, documentation etc would be desirable. Preferably with knowledge of Rural dynamics and culture Skills Track record of business development with significant achievements in the field of micro finance/financial services Excellent communication skills in local language/Hindi and English verbal, and written Handling a team Computer proficiency to work with MS Office Attitude Problem solving Keenness to learn and detail oriented Sales experience of individual loans/ personal loans/auto loans/micro & small enterprise finance will be given due advantage.,
