Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesPosition : Relationship Manager- Banca SalesFunction : Banca Sales ChannelLocation : West Zone Mumbai & AhmedabadAge : Around 30 yearsWork Expe : 3-4 yearsCTC : 3-4 lacsPreferable : Banca experience with Broking, Life Insurance, Health Insurance. Need aggressive RMs with sales attitude. Role will include travelling.

  1. Undertaking regular / frequent / on-going EXTENSIVE TRAINING on ABM process, platform and product to Bank branch employees
  2. Organizing Camps / Sessions / Melas for opening 4-in-1 accounts from the bank branches within respective cluster & branches mapped within the cluster
  3. Helping Bank branch employees to assist HNI clients to open accounts
  4. Monthly NCA Target based evaluation and attractive incentive rewards
  5. Engage with Branch Managers and build strong relationship with them for local support and NCA.
  6. Coordinate with HO for any support / help required locally.
  7. Daily sales review
