    1. Should be good in verbal and written communications.
    2. Should have good client communication skills.
    3. Should have executed at least 8-10 complex RPA projects apart from medium and Simple ones.
    4. Automation Anywhere Program Manager & AA Technical Support Manager certification is must, other AA certifications like AA Business Analyst, AA Developer etc. will be added advantage
    1. Manage development of automated processes
    2. Manage confirmation of automation scope, automation steps and automation potential
    3. Track progress of automated processes
    4. Manage incident management related to bot development, bot testing and bot deployment
    5. Manage development of automated processes
    6. Manage testing of automated processes
    7. Manage transition from development of automated processes into deployment of automated processes
    8. Manage risk management related to development and deployment of automated processes, to ensure risks are understood and planned
    9. Manage security management related to development and deployment of automated processes, to ensure security risks are understood and planned
    10. Manage change management related to automation development
    11. Manage scope related to automation development
    12. Manage testing to ensure automated processes are tested to ensure they are ready for production
    13. Manage exception and error reporting alongside RPA Project Manager (Business)
    14. Manage version controlling of deployed code
    15. Manage reusable component library for automated processes
    16. Manage relationships between Technology, Business, and relevant teams
    17. Manage creation of automation demo videos
    18. Manage release management of automated processes
    19. Manage and ensure knowledge management for automated processes
