Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand. Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans. Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential. Accomplishes marketing and organizational needs Developing and maintaining relationships with members. Sustains rapport with existing Members and also obtains delegates from existing Members and New Members for Exhibitions, Conference, Events and other programs. Very good understanding of Real Estate Industry. Desired Candidate Profile Freshers or 1-2 Years Sales & Marketing Experience. Experience in Conferences & Exhibition, Sales & Marketing would be preferred Ability to multi-task and juggle projects is essential Accuracy with a keen eye for detail. Good communication skills. Good knowledge of PPT and making presentations. Proficiency with Word/ Excel/ power-point and Outlook Needs to be proficient in Marathi both spoken and written Candidates from Central and Harbour line (Mumbai) will be preferred (Preferably Thane).
