Job Description

    Responsibilities- Ensuring that retail systems are producing accurate information that is being reflected in relevant analytic reports- Training of the relevant members of the operational retail team on the point-of-sale software and general computing capabilities. - Ensuring that the retail team is making the best use of the point-of-sale system- Running regular checks on network and data security- Developing in-house processes (SOPs) for effective working. - Maintaining the back-end of eCommerce portals- Implementing end-to-end IT infrastructure initiatives and operations- Managing both hardware and software-related matters- Planning, organizing, controlling and evaluating IT and electronic data operations- Ensuring security of data, network access and backup systems- Auditing systems and assessing their outcomes- Preserving assets, information security and control structuresCandidate profile- Candidate must have at least 7 years of experience - Proven working experience as an IT manager - Excellent knowledge of computer hardware/software systems- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation- Ability to manage a team- Experience in handling a multi-location set-up would be an advantage,
