Job Description

  1. Managing the complete Provident Fund activity for RPFC Kukatpallly.
  • PF and Pension management, Preparation & release on SOPs to business units.
  • Co-ordinate between business unit & consultant/RPFC and for any gaps in documentation & guide business unit for closure.
  • KYC: Download the KYC, Aadhar validation data from UAN Portal and share the same with business unit to get the same updated on UAN portal, Approve KYC based on received soft copy documents with DSC
  • PF Report validation as per salary register and ensured to process the payment to RPFC as per timelines decided by management.
  • Implement any notification on amendment received from the RPFC on Provident Fund.
  • Co-ordinate with consultant/RPFC on any notice/Summons received from RPFC on Provident Fund.
  • Ensured hard copies death claims get process on high priority with their EDLI claim.
  • Release MIS periodic basis with business units and HRSS.
  • Co-ordinate between RPFC/Consultant/Local HR for escalation from senior management.
  • Maintain hard copy (Custodian) data old documentation stored at HO for RPFC Kukatpally
  • Periodic process improvements.
  1. Managing the Provident Fund activity for UTCL Trust.
  • Monthly PF/Pension contribution data.
  • Managing escalation with respect to UTCL trust claims.
  • Monthly validation of new joiners and ensured transfer their pervious employer provident fund.
  • Monitoring periodic MIS & Intervention require from HO and escalated cases.
  • Co-ordination between trust team & business unit ER/HR/Commercial team.
  • Suggest Process Improvements.
  1. Managing National Pension Scheme for UTCL employees.
  • Process improvements & SOPs to Business Units.
  • New Joinee to Exit maker & checker approvals on NSDL portal.
  • Periodic MIS preparation.
  • Employee NPS life cycle troubleshooting with help of POP (Point of Presence) SP (Service Provider) & NSDL
  • Monitoring exit & retirals claims by co-ordinating with Kotak Bank & Business Units.
  1. Managing Superannuation Scheme for UTCL employees.
  • Process improvements & SOPs to Business Units.
  • New Joinee data to CFD for creation of LIC code.
  • Periodic MIS preparation.
  • Employee Superannuation life cycle troubleshooting with help of CFD/LIC/BSLI
  • Intervention in the superannuation claims as an when required.
  1. Operational intervention in EDLI (Employees Deposit linked Insurance Scheme) claims for employees covered under UTCL trust.
  • Process improvements & SOPs to Business Units
  • New Joinee & Exit data to CFD for creation of LIC code.
  • Periodic claim MIS preparation.
  • Employee EDLI claim troubleshooting with help of CFD/LIC
  • Intervention in the EDLI claims as an when required.
  1. Process Improvements, New Project & Vendor Managements
  • Periodic evaluation of current processes and understand & implements the improvements.
  • Timely sharing provision & payments files to CFD.
  • Quarterly new projects identification & implementation.
  • Vendor identification, comparisons, recommendation & preparation of LOI through legal team.
  • Monitor vendor and ensure all the SOPs been followed.
  • Ensured timely process vendor payments from CMO within timelines.
