Developing call scripts for their use with lead generation and qualification. Creating team compensation structure and performance metrics. Responsible for initiating calls to potential clients using a prepared selling script Manage assigned Sales escalations and issues to full resolution, including buying that product Manage periodic product specific training to the new recruits and existing sales counsellors. Skills: Ability to prioritise work as well as meet tight deadlines. Technical acumen and knowledge of companys product. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
