    • Role: Sales Trainee Department: InsuranceReporting To: Manager Division: Sales
    • Job Purpose: Continuously thrive to achieve the set targets of the business related to motor insurance.& try to close 80% of target achievement for monthly & try to maximum converted for RN for customer for achieve monthly target as well as month on month try to increase the number for increase the revenue
    • Job Requirement: Qualification: SSC. Experience: Fresher to 1 years of experience in similar role.
    • Duties & Responsibilities: 1)Primary Responsibilities: Sale Motor insurance policy to Customers who visit at Petrol pump. To do daily follow ups. To provide the ICICI Lombard quotes by taking into consideration various factors like IDV, Ageing of vehicle etc and ensure there are no loss cases. To create new business opportunities by attending walk in customers, through reference and vehicles visiting workshop. To ensure that all information related to the policy holder and other details are entered correctly in the system So that correct information is displayed in the policy copy. To ensure complete policy amount is received for all renewal/roll-over made by offering various convenient mode of payments-FT cash. To mail the policy copy or dispatch hard copy (if required) to the customer. To ensure that the set targets by the OEMs is achieved every month.2)Secondary Responsibilities: To arrange for inspection of vehicle in case of lapsed or switch over of insurance policy. To provide all possible assistant for any insurance related concern/queries of customer thereby providing complete customer satisfaction. To attend all training programmes organised by OEM.
    • Competencies &Behavioural Traits : 1)Competencies:Time management skills, good communication skills, MS office, convincing skills.2)Behavioural Traits:Team work, positive attitude.
    • Special Work Demands: Late working hours especially during month ends.Should be comfortable in handling and using telephone instrument for a continuous period.
