Job Description

Interpret software requirements to design & implement software as defined by business analysts to include prototyping, efficient code writing & application debugging

  • Gain understanding of existing development framework & guidelines & apply to daily software development
  • Translate software design into measureable task & tie estimates
  • Track time against those tasks on a weekly basis
  • Ensure estimates are realistic & achievable
  • Seek innovative solutions to problems & make recommendations for implementation
  • Conduct code review of new software solutions among team members
  • Establish & maintain good working relationships with other team members & train and mentor junior team members.
  • CommunicateCollaborate effectively with analysts to design solutions delivered using Force.com technology. BuildTestDocument enhanced functionality in our Salesforce.com system based on business requirements. DebugResolve Salesforce.com system related issues.
  • Responsible for Salesforce test strategy and management, test planning and monitoring.Relevant hands-on experience with programming and design using Force.com platforms like Apex, Visual force, etc.
  • 1-2 years experience in C# (OOPS concepts) or any other web technology.
  • Knowledge of Web Services and Meta data API s and SOQL. Strong report creation concepts, workflows and design using force.com platform.
  • Strong experience in database programming using MYSQL, PL/SQL.
  • Strong knowledge of test methodologies and development processes.
  • Ability to understand & analyze the complete requirements and write effective test cases/scripts.
  • Ability to proactively identify the issues at the earlier cycles of development & testing and reporting.
  • Strong analytical abilities & should be able to work in very tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills and interpersonal skills
