Job Description

The role as SAP HR Specialist will consist of ensuring the stability, development and implementation of Human Resources related activities. Ensuring the integrity, availability and compliance of company SAP systems is essential from a HR systems perspective.JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Overall HR skill set with operational background.
  • Exp 5-10 plus years of SAP configuration as well as SAP implementations of the HR module.
  • SAP HR Certified
  • Broad knowledge of all HR areas including form development, payroll (CAD/USD/RS).
  • Expertise with the integration aspects of HR module with other functional modules FICO. MM workflow etc.
  • Knowledge of process development assist in redesign of HR processes to increase efficiencies and employee satisfaction.
  • Ability to understand the business requirements, analyzing, documenting & designing in technical and functional specs.
  • Ability to work with ABAP / Development team to help them to understand functional specs.
  • Ability to define the test cases / Integration test cases and perform the testing
  • Ability to assist in role development for HR business users.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
