Job Description

    Title: SAP Opentext VIM Consultant Experience: 5 to 10 Years. Client Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai. Max Notice Period: 20 Days Job Description
    • Should have extensive experience with Open Text VIM including ability to configure Archive Link, VIM Document types, enhance indexing screen, enhance approval class, configure chart of authority, configure process options, scanning of incoming invoices (PO & Non-PO based) using OCR, validations and posting the invoices either with approval process or directly.
    • Experience in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), VIM bolt on, OpenText Invoice Capture Center (ICC), Account Payable (AP), SAP Fiori, Content Server, Archive Center, Remote Cache Server, OpenText Archiving, VIM integration with SAP S4/HANA.
    • Installation and Upgrade of VIM with ICC.
    • Configuration of ICC, invoice processing, exception handling, approval procedures
    • Expert knowledge of SAP Logistics Invoice Verification and Accounts Payable modules
    • Custom coding and modification of VIM Invoice Management Workflow for PTP
    • Experience in handling Interfaces with 3rd party system IDOC/ ALE/ Flat File
    • Troubleshoot the VIM Implementation during all phases from build, test, cutover, and post production support.
    • Added advantage, if awareness in few other additional OpenText products such as Enterprise Scan 16, Enterprise Library 16, Archiving and Document Access for SAP Solutions 16, Rendition Server 16, Windows Viewer 16 and Web Viewer 16.
