Job Description

  • This role is to manage Third Party Oversight (TPO) function which include Due diligence questionnaire administration and related oversight activities on Agent Banks & FMIs.
  • Role will also require to own Delivery Manager responsibility for Supplier Select (Thomas Murray) Questionnaire Administration System.
  • This is a team lead role where team members perform financial crimes check (KYC/Negative Media), monitor credit ratings, administer DDQ & IT Risk questionnaire and other related questionnaire to our partners and report on them.
  • Candidate will work in a global set-up where extended teams are based in 3 locations across USA, UK and India.
  • Candidate will work closely with Network Management stakeholders, functional stakeholders, third-party vendor(Thomas Murray) and Regulatory team to deliver Oversight program.
  • Candidate will support/ own/ deliver various project initiatives for meeting strategic oversight goals.
  • Candidate will support Change Management initiatives like OTM workflow design, Symphony rollout, group evaluations to contribute to process improvement goals.
  • Candidate will partner with Data Quality team to maintain and execute various data integrity checks on source data.
  • Candidate will prepare stakeholder reporting on monthly and quarterly reports and / or reconciliations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent
  • 9+ years work experience required
  • Team Management experience is required
  • Experience in Oversight, Controls or Due diligence process is preferred
  • Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Experience in the effective presentation / visualization of data and analytics
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills comfort interacting with and presenting to senior leaders
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver on tight deadline
