Job Description

    Job Title: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager Corporate Finance & TreasuryRole & Responsibilities:
    • End to end Compliance for funds raised for NBFC / Brokerage firm from various sources like Banks, NBFCs, Mutual Funds, Debentures, Commercial Papers, Structured finance, working capital lines, Family offices, etc.
    • Manage due diligence by lenders, provide information about the Company in a precise compelling manner on timely basis.
    • Engage with Rating agencies, arrangers, RTA, etc as part of debt raise
    • Preparation of corporate presentations, Information Memorandum for lenders
    • Preparation of Analytical information, as per requirements of Lenders
    • Providing liquidity position of NBFC, Review of ALM statements and to initiate borrowings of suitable tenor/amounts reports to Management
    • Monitor covenants and ensure completion of all debt servicing and related compliance after
    drawdown of loan facility
    • Timely reporting to management on Treasury activities, cost of funds, liquidity position, etc
    • Manage temporary liquidity through deployment in short term investments in debt funds, CP, CD, short-tenor bonds, etc
    Desired Candidate:
    • Candidate should have relationships with Banks and other debt market participants
    • Proficient in preparation of various reports as per requirement of banks / other lenders
    • Experience of transacting with Banks, NBFCs, Arrangers, Rating agencies, etc
    • Candidate should be proficient with all MS Office tools, advanced features and analytical tools
    • Understand the business and strategy, articulate it through effective presentations of numbers and information
    • Excellent communication, hands-on experience in financial analysis and Preparation of presentations
    • Familiarity with RBI prudential norms for NBFCs, Accounting norms would be desirable
    • Proactive approach takes initiative and ensures completion of tasks
    • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Presentation skills
