Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe role incumbent will be responsible for customizations andchange requests in core systems, testing and system supportactivities. Incumbent shall be self-driven and shall be able to workindependently. The incumbent will also be owning technologyinnovations, performance improvements and compliance activitiesfor the identified systems.Role Responsible for independently managing and implementingchange requests in core lending systems, rule engine, dedupeand other interfacing systems.Work with users to understand requirements and discussfunctional and technical solutions with vendor partners.Should be proficient in end to end loan origination,maintenance and servicing operationsKnowledge of loan accounting, recon and related processesManage changes in existing product configurations andimplement configurations for new products.Coordinate with the vendors and in house teams forprioritization, planning, delivery and deploymentPerform sanity testing, issue reporting and tracking.Assist teams in UAT testing and resolve issues as per criticality,Handle audit and compliance activities for the systems.Track agreed SLAs with vendors, process vendor invoices.Identify areas for increasing process and operational efficiencywith measurable outcomes.Track and manage system availability and maintenance tasks.Publish regular reports of activities and highlight risks if anyQualification &experienceYears of experience: 5-10 years of experienceMandatory Qualification Engineering DegreeGood to have, not mandatory MBAHaving exposure to LOS LMS /Collections systems / lendingdomain exposure.Essential skills Must have worked on Finnone/Pennant /Indus core systemsShould have worked on IT Application configuration andrequirement analysis, UAT testing, vendor management.Analysis of issues and providing resolutions.Technology skills - Databases, client server architecture
