The Future of Technology practice is focused on helping businesses capture the possibilities of emerging technologies by creating tailored solutions for every type of business and sector.In this role, consultants would work with senior IT function clients and lead Digital Transformation projects with various elements such as:

  • Designing IT Strategy and IT operating model
  • Implementing Agile, DevOps, Lean in the IT function
  • Ensuring a smooth Business-IT alignment for the success of technology transformation programs
  • Identifying and implementing various digital initiatives on emerging technologies such as AI, RPA, Blockchain, Big Data, etc.
  • Assessing the IT sourcing strategy and helping clients set-up and grow their captives (in-house teams) and vendor networks globally
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities in the IT function
  • Designing cloud strategy for clients and helping them in migration to cloud
  • Evaluating emerging technologies to create new platforms to help set-up the right environment for digital transformation
  • Running Digital excellence programs to help clients become more competitive
Responsibilities Lead the large scale transformation programs and manage the client relationship through out the project lifecycle KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
  • Success in this role will be measured through the ability to drive business transformation using the technology/digital knowledge and skills and ability to cross-
  • Consultants are expected to be fully accountable for the project delivery
Must Haves
  • Experience of leading large scale Digital / IT transformation projects
  • Practical knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, RPA, Blockchain
  • Ability to work with CXOs strong stakeholder management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project and team management skills
  • Desired
  • Relevant certifications such as Agile, Scrum Master, ITIL, AI/RPA Implementation, etc.
