Job Description

    Business Delivery of the relevant ITO project. Work closely with Stakeholders to ensure that requirements are in line with the bank s strategy.Represent ITO across the Bank at key cross functional projects and engage with third-party vendors as appropriate for the projectOwn and manage the project plan, financials, projections, issue/dependency tracking, resourcing and timescales for the Project. Advocate delivery excellence, minimising delivery riskFollow the bank s project methodology and drive enhancements to it where appropriateBuild relationships with key stakeholders: Business, Fellow Change leaders inside and outside of ITO. Timely and clear communications to the stakeholder communityThis position will be responsible for facilitating business change management and process design by developing detailed software/functional requirements and process flow diagrams.The candidate would work closely with end users, business units, and other IT resources in all stages of project life cycle, including investigation, analysis, design, testing, and implementations to ensure business requirements are successfully implemented. This individual should demonstrate the highest levels of customer service, technical knowledge, productivity, and professionalism.
