Job Description

Role will also lead the managing external vendors (LA/ISPs) relationships through innovative, actionable and sustainable operational strategy.Tasks & responsibilities

  • Tender Operations: Ensure all tender documents are prepared in a proper manner in alignment with the institute s requirements and tenders are submitted timely across all local, state and central organizations.
  • Follow up for retrieval of EMD payments, maintain a proper tracker of tenders submitted, status of tenders, status of EMD to be received, RCs secured etc.
  • Acting as point of contact for IB team for all supply/payment/stamping etc and ensuring overall coordination between IB sales and internal finance, SCM etc. to ensure smooth operations of IB.
  • Establish strong processes in executing all government supply.
  • Follow with IB team and finance for billing/credit block related issues.
  • Ensuring all systems and processes are followed and proper coordination is managed with the SCM / Finance / internal IB team to meet the monthly targets.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Education post graduate is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum 8-15 years of experience in handling and managing tenders.
  • Prior experience in B2B operations management.
  • Good understanding of Pharma /Med devices/ Govt tender sourcing operations including regulation, key suppliers and capabilities etc.
  • Agility: Need to act fast on all tender work to ensure all tenders are submitted on time.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and act as a catalyst & facilitator for change.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Strong cross functional coordination skills.
  • Strong in leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic IT Knowledge on MS Office applications
  • Role is based in Mumbai
