Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that vessels under purview are adequately manned as per company guidelines and long term planning - Assist in establishing and maintaining an effective cost control on all activities under your purview - Performance appraisal and career progression of sea staff on tanker vessels - Responsible for ensuring validity of sea staff on tanker vessels - Effectively strengthen and maintain a closer interaction between our colleagues at sea and shore through a continuous dialogue and vessels visit - Assist with all fleet personnel activities - Ensuring that MAPS and PROARC database is kept updated with all the details of sea fares under purview - Assist with establishing and maintaining monthly reporting on all activities under Purview - Providing suggestions for process improvements and highlighting the challenges proactively to avoid any embarrassment before the MT customers
What we are looking for:
- Professional qualification or DiplomaGraduate from a recognized institute - At least 2 years of Crewing Operations related experience or a seafaring background - Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders - Able to communicate and present ideasinformation clearly - Well organized and able to analyze detailed information and manage data effectively
