Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed., *Experience Range: 9-15 years 1. Bachelor s degree with MBA Finance (preferred) 2. Minimum 7 years of banking operations experience with a leading bank across retail, corporate and treasury functions 3. Should have deep domain knowledge in at least 3 out of 4 banking business areas Global Payments, Corporate Loans, Trade Finance and Treasury 4. Global experience with minimum 3 large/ medium sized banks in business process improvement 5. Proven track record of being Subject matter expert, thought leader and bank s trusted advisor 6. Minimum 2 years experience in understanding bank s requirements, aligning bank s business processes to core banking systems to fully use system functionality and improve operational efficiency along with customer experience 7. Ability to write good quality Requirement Specification Documents (RSDs), Functional specification documents (FSDs), Process manuals and Operations manuals for the bank s users 8. Ability to create and manage business processes containing best practices, which can be used by international banks 9. Hands-on experience of working with Testing team, creating test plans, creating functional test cases (both functional and interfaces), executing test cases, familiarity with defect management process and independently managing testing project across agile and waterfall projects 10. Experience in working and managing quality deliverables within time, budget for large scale customer facing/internal quality projects, working with customers, development teams, senior and project/program managers 11. Global experience in providing Sales support, cross sell and making internal as well as client presentations 12. Very good communication skills - ability and experience in interacting with bank s senior management 13. Good knowledge of FLEXCUBE, OBDX and Oracle Banking applications 14. Understanding of SDLC and the Testing life cycle
