Mastercard Customer Experience & Design has nearly 200 designers, researchers and strategists working together in a vibrant global community to create and scale innovative best-in-class payment experiences that work for customers and fuel Mastercard s growth. tDo you want to create new experiences that shape the future of payments and financial services at a global scale In this Senior Product Experience Designer role, you will create compelling user experiences for next-generation products that drive adoption, usage, and engagement. This role is based in Mumbai or Pune. The ideal candidate enjoys leading experience design activities for key strategic projects in MEA region and shaping them into an optimal user experience. This role will be involved in workshops, planning and executing user research projects, building user journeys & high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate innovative new payment technologies.You will be responsible for tTranslating use cases into clear direction through UX & visual design artifacts such as user flows, journey maps, concepts, wireframes, high-fidelity designs and prototypes that result in coherent, holistic experiences. tCollaborating with product owners, regional innovation & cross functional teams, and other designers to define best UX solutions based on the research, business, and user needs. tPlanning and conducting moderated and unmoderated user research and usability testing; presenting findings to stakeholders. tContributing to initiative-level elaboration sessions, shaping the requests in product experience design workshops, and framing and testing your work through user research. tRecommend and implement design decisions that are deeply informed by research findings. tLeverage existing design patterns, and contribute net-new patterns when appropriate, to Mastercard s design pattern library. tContribute to team values and culture priorities as we scale the Mastercard Customer Experience & Design organization globally.You have: tExperience in the UX field with experience in interaction design and visual design. You can provide examples of your work that show your experience designing for multiple devices. tThe ability to work from an existing visual style guide or design system, and to the ability propose net-new patterns as well. tExperience in creating high fidelity designs and annotations, storyboards, user flows, customer journeys, site maps, etc. tVery strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. You have created and delivered presentations to internal or external stakeholders that have influenced stakeholders and executives. tStrong skills using Sketch, InVision, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud. tExperience working with stakeholders and colleagues from multiple regions across different roles. The ideal candidate has worked as part of a team and can speak to collaborating with people in different roles. tExperience advocating for users. You have some experience with user research. This may include usability testing or user research methods; it may be moderated or unmoderated. You can provide examples of your work, and talk about the rationale for your design decisions. tExperience working in a B2B2C business ecosystem would be a plus.
