Were on a hunt for an awesome individual with a keen eye for detail who has the Testing DNA at all levels: End-to-end, Integration, and Functional for web applications at our Pune Office.You will work on the latest technology & trends in NLP analysis, web apps, DNS, Proxy servers & agile methodologies with diverse globally distributed teams.Whats in it for you You will have the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from talented colleagues in our US and India teams that provide a uniquely enriching experience with broader perspectives and innovative ideas.Experience: 4 - 8 yrs.Responsibilities:
  • Working on defining test strategy, writing test plans, and designing and executing software tests
  • Communicate effectively with other engineers in the team
  • Work closely with Automation team
  • Work closely with Dev teams in the US to understand inner working of the products and customer use cases to achieve unscripted testing
Skills:
  • Experience testing both web applications and back end services, including functional API testing, integration testing, and UI functionality and usability testing
  • Experience with White/Grey/Black box testing
  • ISTQB Certification preferred
  • Very strong with web technology fundamentals: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, XML, JSON
  • Good Understanding of Basic Networking concepts like DNS, HTTP, Proxy, etc.
  • Experience testing complex Mobile Apps that have been successfully delivered to customers is a plus
  • Any kind of scripting experience - shell, python, java, etc. will be an advantage
  • Ability to work on Linux as a primary platform.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with bug-tracking tools
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
