The following is a brief of the deliverables expected from RF engineer during the Network Design Project:
1. Analyse CW drive test reports for different clusters/ markets outside India for 5G NR network
2. Create tuned RF propagation model based on CW drive test report for different clutter profile for each cluster/ market
3. Create traffic map from the population density maps for each cluster/ market
4. Create best nominal plan for 5G NR network using ACP based on target coverage and quality for each cluster/ market using based on available candidate sites list or identify new sites along with search rings.
5. Monte Carlo simulation based on the provided criteria
6. Cell optimization based on the nominal plan and monte Carlo simulation results
7. Network Analysis Plots
8. The candidate should be able to work and provide desired results working remotely/ independently or with minimal supervision and provide desired results within stipulated timelines.
Skill Set
Competencies:
1. Sound knowledge of 4G, 5G planning process including model tuning, ACP, monte carlo analysis, crowdsourced data analytics and competition benchmarking.
2. Should be familiar with best RF Planning practises/ process.
3. Sound knowledge of MS Office.
4. Should be able to work on more than one market simultaneously.
