Roles and Responsibilities :- Handling end-to-end recruitment- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs- Sourcing, Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Candidate Tracking, Interview Coordination, Reference checks, Selection and Follow-ups for joining candidates.- Handling initial round of HR screening in order to evaluate the candidates.- Applied sourcing methods to find the right candidates from internal database, job portals and networking sites .- Set up interviews between the shortlisted candidates and the hiring manager- Pre-joining and joining formalities, Induction support & Appointment letter for all new joiners.- Completing timely reports, trackers etc- Assist in other HR activities, as requiredDesired Candidate Profile :- Preference to candidates who have experience in BFSI segment/ Insurance, Telecom, Logistics, Retail, Hospitality, Market Research, Media, FMCG / FMCD background.- Good communication skills and negotiation.- Good knowledge of IT/non-IT hiring- Have Strong Experience in EXCEL and WORD.- Experience 3 to 5 yrs in Corporates.
