Senior Software Engineer - Oracle ADF Senior Software Engineer - Oracle ADF Senior Software Engineer - Oracle ADF PIC_SSE_OADF_DBG 3 to 5 years Job Description Work with database architects to understand data and reporting needs Create T- SQL scripts to transform raw data into information that can be used by the customer Provide development coding and support to products under development Ensure the database code meets internal requirements of reliability and performance and also customer requirements Conduct data analysis and assist team with complex ad- hoc queries Design and implement user friendly and high performing application solutions using J2EE Oracle ADF based architecture Analyze create business models, logical specifications and detailed design solutions based on business requirements Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups as needed to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors Design, implement, and unit test UI and business layer using ADF Faces and task flows Required Skill Sets Software development experience with UNIX/ LINUX and Windows operating systems Strong experience on building web applications on Oracle ADF Knowledge of design and development of ADF page templates Core development work on Oracle ADF 11g architecture, JDeveloper Experienced on Webcenter sites/ fatwire sites (Content Management System) Proficient in Core Java development and JSP Development Creating, sharing, and editing assets, workflows, template building, content management, and publishing Create asset type using data model (Basic, Flex Asset Model) in Oracle WebCenter sites Understanding of Oracle Standards and customization Experience in working over implementation of multilingual sites Develop manage templates for in- site editing and for content delivery using Modular page design strategy (using multiple pagelets) Experience over sites navigation, administration and linking Oracle DB (PL/ SQL, Java) development experience as well as Data modelling experience AJAX/ Advanced Javascript experience Knowledge of DB2, Oracle, MS SQL server Experience with Eclipse/ JDeveloper Experience with ADF UI, task flows, integration with web service, ADF BC4J, Security and templates, EclipseLink JPA Proficiency in ADF application Experience with Scrum/ Agile Development Processes Trouble shooting / debugging skills Preferred Skill Sets Experience with Cloud based applications Experience over Oracle webcenter portal/ ADF. Understanding of Oracles Portal products (WebCenter Suite, Web Logic Portal (WLP), WebCenter Content, Java Script, JQuery, CSS, HTML, UNIX Working knowledge of cross system integration with Oracle applications Interpersonal Skills Must be a critical thinker and good at time management, confident, disciplined, punctual Can work in a flexible requirement with a distributed team Good at converting functional requirements into technical ones Good verbal and non- verbal communication is a must Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills Initiative to understand work priority and drive project milestones Any graduate or post graduate degree in B.E., Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred.,
