Job Description

The Senior Specialist: GTM Practice Solutions implements the solution design, configuration and escalated problem management of solutions and services in client environments. This position provides pre-sales support by identifying opportunities and contributing to the design and configuration requirements related to client proposals. This individual assists with the creation and delivery of more complex technical solutions to clients by engaging with them during the planning and solution definition phase and defining the standards of work (SoW).Develops specific marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies. Works with engineering, manufacturing and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).Working at NTTKey Roles and Responsibilities:Assists with the creation and delivery of technical solutions to clients by engaging with them during the planning and solution definition phase and defining the standards of work (SoW).Review, update and analyse user and technical requirements, specifications development, solution design and development, propose technical solutions and provide a high-level design of technical or service solutions to meet the client s requirements.Provide user support and assist with troubleshooting and design, configuration and escalated problem management.Contribute to the development of technical training and training programs.Contribute technical expertise to the design and configuration requirements in relation to RFP / RFI and proposals of complexity. Regularly review the solution roadmap and milestones.Work closely with the sales team to evaluate and activate new accounts.Contribute to the knowledge base of solutions and services by sharing best practices and lessons learnt with clients.Understand the client s environment, business needs and provide expertise and consulting on the relevant solutions.Work closely with vendors to understand their strategies for solutions and services, can articulate the roadmap, and associated impacts for clients.Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance to process and policy governance by continuously reviewing processes.Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:Robust understanding of IT industry environment and business needsDemonstrate knowledge of market, verticals, horizontals, business administration and business changeinability to lead technical design workshops with the client and NTT stakeholdersPossess good technical, quantitative and analytical skillsPossess the ability to work with clients and business teams to create client-orientated solutions and servicesDemonstrate interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationshipsAbility to recognise opportunities for enhancement and continuous improvementAbility to engage with a variety of stakeholders and colleagues at all levelsAbility to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of businessAbility to manage urgent and complex tasks simultaneouslyAcademic Qualifications and Certifications:Bachelor s degree - BSc / Bcom Informatics Qualification preferredProject Management certificationRequired Experience:Extensive experience in a similar role within a related environmentExperience working across multiple domainsProject management experienceComprehensive experience working with clients to understand their requirements and define appropriate solutionsWhat will make you a good fit for the role Standard career level descriptor for job level: Have wide-ranging experience Uses professional concepts and company objectives to solve complex issues in creative ways Networks with others outside own area of expertise Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results May coordinate others activities Typically requires significant related experience with a Bachelor s or equivalent degreeJoin our growing global team and accelerate your career with us.
