  • To continuously track Change / Incident Management / Problem Management.
  • To ensure organization process compliance.
  • To ensure Proactive monitoring and health check on applications to achieve high availability and stability of the production systems.
  • To track and manage capacity for all the supported suite of applications.
  • To ensure support procedures are in place and adhere to Group Security & Audit policies.
  • To participate in general functional activities & define and improve processes for the Organization.
  • To have exposure in Transition / Transformation projects converting legacy to strategic applications.
  • To assist in new implementations and/or upgrades on existing/new applications, platforms.
  • To perform Continuity management

Our Ideal CandidateMust Haveshould have relevant experience of 7 - 10 years
  • Knowledge/experience in multifactor authentication tools like forge Rock, Gemalto etc
  • Knowledge/experience in desktop multifactor tool secret double octopus
  • Knowledge/experience in authentication products like Oracle unified directory, forge rock directory service, LDAP etc
  • Knowledge/experience in Linux server platforms e.g RedHat, etc.
  • Knowledge/experience in Shell / Java scripting
Good to Have
  • Knowledge/experience in multifactor authentication tools like forge Rock, Gemalto etc
  • Knowledge/experience in Enterprise Infra & Networks e.g. Windows / Network Authentication, Integration (Bind) Subnets, DNS, DHCP, L2/L3switch, firewall, load-balancer, etc.
  • Knowledge/experience in Enterprise Monitoring tools
  • Knowledge/experience in Enterprise Backup
  • Knowledge/experience in Virtualization
  • Knowledge/experience in ITSM tools e.g. Remedy, ServiceNow
  • Knowledge on cloud based application support, SRE and automations
