Job Description

Team and Role overview

  • As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be joining a global, high performing team of individuals, where you will act as a trusted partner and subject matter expert in both Capital Markets and Technology talent acquisition.
  • You will own the hiring process from start to finish, defining and delivering a world class experience.

What you will be doing

  • Devising and implementing individual hiring strategies across the Customer Delivery business across India (Mumbai, Chennai, Pune)
  • Manage the end to end recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for hiring managers, candidates and HR Business Partners.
  • Drawing on recruitment expertise and best practice to enhance the companys employer brand in the market, drive high candidate engagement and support business objectives.
  • Initiating and supporting the development of process improvements, as necessary.
  • Act as a strategic talent acquisition business partner with key stakeholders, providing thought leadership in strategizing talent acquisition and sourcing activities.
  • Support, influence, and direct hiring managers on recruiting best practice, interview and selection techniques and training as applicable.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 8-10 years of hands on recruitment experience in technology and/or capital markets across India
  • Significant experience recruiting into the Capital Markets industry and complex enterprise software solutions for the capital markets.
  • Strong ability to leverage market data and people analytics to influence and drive strategic talent attraction strategies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Very strong computer (MS Office) and ATS experience is a must experience with Taleo would be advantageous.
