  • Responsible for faster production incidents resumption, root cause identification, defects fixing
  • Responsible of Deploying and Releasing the Code in Production, identify the improvements and provide the solutions.
  • Responsible for identifying & delivering improvement opportunities such as, Manual task automations, Performance/Throughput improvements, Batch optimisation etc, that will ultimately improve the production service/stability
  • Responsible for identifying & implementing solutions to improve overall Operations efficiency, that should result in cost saves/avoidance
  • Good knowledge on Agile best-practices. Establish best engineering practices through solid design decisions, processes, and tools.
  • Experience of successful and demonstrable achievements in collaborative working with compliance, technology risk and regulatory requirement specialists
Our Ideal CandidateSkill Sets:7-10 years of overall IT experience in Production Support/Dev Ops/SRE, should have 2-4 years of experience in most of the following technical skills Technical skills:
  • DevOps tool stack such as Jenkins, Ansible, BitBucket, GIT, Maven, Docker, Rundeck
  • Log aggregation/analytics tools such as ELK, Splunk
  • Monitoring tools like Geneos ITRS
  • Distributed services coordination/synchronisation tools such as Zookeeper, Yarn
  • Messaging/Streaming tools like Kafka, Active MQ
  • Enterprise search platforms like Solr, ElasticSearch
  • Programming/Scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Powershell, Java / J2EE
  • Batch management / Scheduling tools such as Control M, Autosys
  • Good working knowledge on Oracle database, Unix/Linux Platforms
Soft skills:
  • Should be a problem solver with exceptional analytical & out-of-box thinking capability
  • Should be a strong team player & be able to work under tight timelines
  • Should have good stake holder management skills.
Added Advantage:
  • Exposure to Cloud platforms/Infrastructure automaton tools such as AWS CloudFormation, Puppet, Kubernetes
