  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : Maintain incident logs describing the event, what occurred, timing, root cause and actions taken to resolve Follow-up on incidents to ensure permanent corrective action has been identified Ability to define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements Ability to Trigger the Problem Management process as part of the Post Incident review phase Ability to facilitate the search Proactively and reactively for solutions to prevent the most complex problems from recurring
      • Technical Experience : Must have 10-15 years of experience in managing Incident flow life cycle up to resolution in Banking IT-Support project, preferably in FINACLE core banking Application Banking Client facing exposure is must Must have 10 years of experience with ITSM or Ticket Management systems such as Unidesk, JIRA, ITSM, HPSM etc Must have hands on experience in managing production incident and work with different stakeholders to prioritize the incidents
    • Professional Attributes : Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work with discipline in 24 x 7 x 365 working environment Should be available to work/operate from client location/office ie, Mumbai Bangalore
