Job Description

    - Graduate with 3-4 year of experience.- Must be Qualified in MS CIT & knowledge of networking is preferred.- Attend compliant calls & note it in support software.- Should have knowledge of Internet, Emails, MS Excel, Word, PPT & WhatsApp.- Typing speed must be Minimum 30 WPM.- Daily update of CCTV doctor report.- Collect service reports from Engineers & update customers.- Check expiry dates of AMC & send reminders to customers for renewal.- Check CCTV cleaning reports & update Customers.- Visit sites to check progress of work whenever required.- Good Communication in English, Hindi & Marathi.
